Welcome

Welcome to the online home of the Blue Ridge Barbershoppers!

If you dine at popular Warrenton restaurants like the Frost Diner or Longhorn Steakhouse, you may have heard the harmonious strains of the Barbershoppers wafting through the air.  We’ve been part of the Warrenton scene for many years and love to stay active in the community.

We usually sing at First Night (New Year’s Eve) and perform personal singing valentines all over the area.  In 2019, we performed at the Home and Garden Show at Fauquier High School.

We’re always open to adding more voices to our chorus, so if you’re a gentleman who loves to sing, do consider visiting our weekly rehearsals on Monday nights (see the Contact Us page for the location).  Printed music and audio CDs and MP3s are provided so you can easily learn the songs.

Quartets can be formed and we have a “Contemporary A Capella Workshop” to give you opportunities to sing more contemporary songs and hone your skills.

So chime in!  Come to a rehearsal and find out why we shout, “It’s great to be a barbershopper!”

Public Dates

The first Monday in September (Labor Day) is our next scheduled time to informally sing and dine at Longhorn Steakhouse (Harris Teeter shopping center) in Warrenton. Come and join us at about 7:30 PM.
